Refunds and Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if that is not the case, please inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order by emailing email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for wishing to return your order. Please then return the item to us within 14 days from the date of receiving your order and we will provide a refund or exchange. Please retain the postage receipt in case there are any issues with delivery to us (we suggest you return tracked or signed for). Articles should be returned unused, with all tags and labels intact and in the same good condition in which they were delivered. Returns cannot be accepted if the packaging has been opened. Claims for damages, shortages or packing errors will not be accepted unless they are reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Please note that if you wish to make a return, for any other reason than product defect or incorrect goods being sent to you, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of return postage.
Refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card used when ordering the product, with a maximum of 30 days after receipt of your returned items, as long as the returned items are received within the 14 days limit. We cannot issue refunds if we have not been notified of a return or request to exchange. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.
